Zena Fung has over 25 years of experience in the HR profession in the financial services, manufacturing and trading industry.  She has held both country and regional roles in multinational matrix organizations like Manulife, HSBC and AXA.

​

With her ultra persistence, Zena has completed over 40 marathons around the world. Her achievements include attaining the coveted Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher Medal in 2016 within 3 years and driving the running culture in Manulife Asia.

Using her unique motivating approach in long distance running, Zena demonstrated strong track records in coaching and mentoring C-suite leaders and HR teams through successful business and HR transformations. On top of her partnership as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders, Zena is equally appreciated for her flexibility to be very hands-on in execution as needed, thanks to her extensive experience in various areas such as talent management and succession planning, training and development, recruitment, change management and organization design as well as HR operations. She is also well-known for her passion in grooming talent and being a strong advocator for diversity and engagement.

 

Zena Fung graduated from the University of Regina, Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the National University of Ireland, Dublin.
