Beijing Talent Consulting Agency was officially registered and founded by Ji Yun in March 1993 as the first headhunting consulting company. The company has been operating healthily for more than 25 years. It was selected as one of China’s top ten innovative companies more than a decade ago, selected as a Beijing University Alumni Evergreen Enterprise in 2016, and was selected as one of the top 10 headhunting companies and the top 50 human resources service companies selected by the Beijing Municipal Government in 2019. With many other honors, Mr. Ji was interviewed and reported from nearly a hundred TV, newspapers, magazines and other media, and has a high reputation for brand services in the industry.
Mr. Ji is a senior interviewer of Tsinghua University, the best economic management school in China. With his integration of more than 20 years of high-end headhunting experience in Beijing, Mr. Ji cooperated with top international experts in research and development and developed the Multi Dimension Evaluation System which helps organizations improve their human resources management so that it becomes more scientific and systematic.
